First time here. And it’s absolutely amazing. One of the best Mexican restaurants I have been to. The salsa is awesome. And I got the wet burrito. And. Wow. If It wasn’t so far away from home. I would be back for sure. Totally recommend to anyone in the Canton, Illinois area to try it out.
¡Ole! La Fiesta is a fiesta for your taste buds! This place is a hidden gem with the most authentic Mexican flavors I've had outside of Mexico itself. The atmosphere is vibrant and lively, with colorful decor and music that makes you want to dance. The service is top-notch, friendly and attentive without being intrusive. They really make you feel like family. But the real star of the show is the food. Everything is made with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. I had the enchiladas verdes and they were divine. The tortillas were soft and the sauce was perfectly spicy. The guacamole was also a must-try, made fresh tableside with perfectly ripe avocados. I can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious dishes!

Service was nice and friendly. Very clean well kept. Great selection of tequila at bar on display. Food was served hot (causation, plate extreamly are hot) and very flavorful. Portions size a plus up. You will not leave hunger. They have food and drinks special through out the week. They do have a lunch menu to order from. They are about to comidate large table groups. Cash and credit card excepted. Would visit again.
Amazing food excellent service all at a good price. The .99 dine in taco Tuesdays is awesome. and personally I love the Rogers special that has rice season steak, chicken and shrimp. Grilled to perfection. I love bringing my family here every time we make the trip it is absolutely worth it.
Ate here a few times while in town for work. Great food and service. Would definitely recommend. Had steak fajita and a steak burrito.
The food quality is inconsistent. Depending on the night, sometimes the food will be mediocre, and sometimes it will be very very delicious. Last week, steak was burnt, queso blanco had no flavor, pork was dry, and the salsa was watery. Today, everything was absolutely perfect. Full of flavor and cooked to perfection. If the consistency of the food could stay at the amazing quality I've seen many many times, I'd eat here every week. The staff are absolutely fantastic and I'm sure if I ever said anything about the food, they'd make it right.
I had the chicken fajitas, some of the best I've ever had! Excellent! (It normally comes with beans and rice, I just chose not to get them)
